As CCO of the Doner LA office, I have been tasked with not only the creative vision of the shop and all our clients but also with building an agency from the ground up.

Since joining in 2015, Doner LA has grown from zero people and zero dollars in billings to over 80+ people and the billings to support an office of that size.

During my tenure as VP / ECD the office grew from a small production outpost to fully-integrated modern agency with over 120 employees in under 3 years making CPB LA the fastest growing office within the network with the most awards and new business wins.
